Privacy Policy
Your data never leaves your control
Casa Flow has no servers, no advertising, and no analytics. Your financial data is stored on your device and optionally in your own iCloud account. Winthon IT Development cannot access your data.
What we store
Casa Flow stores the following data locally on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your personal Apple iCloud account:
- Income sources and amounts
- Budget bills and categories
- Spending entries and tracker categories
- Bank account names and settings
- App preferences (currency, labels, appearance)
This data never passes through Winthon IT Development's servers. We have no ability to access, view, or modify it.
iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud, your budget data is synced using Apple CloudKit and stored in your personal iCloud account. Apple's Privacy Policy governs how Apple stores and handles this data. Casa Flow accesses your iCloud only to read and write your own budget records — nothing else.
Family sharing
If you share your budget with a family member using the in-app QR code or share link, that person will be able to view and edit your shared budget data through their iCloud account. You can revoke access at any time from within the app.
Face ID & Touch ID
Biometric authentication is handled entirely by iOS on your device. Casa Flow never receives, processes, or stores your biometric data. It only receives a boolean result — authenticated or not.
What we don't do
- No advertising or ad networks
- No analytics or usage tracking SDKs
- No sale or sharing of your data with third parties
- No user accounts or registration required
- No crash reporting services
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete all your budget data at any time by going to Settings → Reset Casa Flow inside the app. This removes all local data and the associated CloudKit record. Deleting the app also removes all data stored on your device.
