How can we help?

When you first open Casa Flow, the setup wizard guides you through adding your income, bank accounts, and first bills. If you skip it, tap + on the Budget tab to add bills, and tap the income panel to add your salary.
The leftover balance is your total income minus every committed bill — rent, loans, subscriptions, everything. What remains is genuinely free to spend on day-to-day things like food, fuel, and personal expenses. It recalculates automatically whenever you add a bill or mark one as paid. You can give it a custom name in Settings to match how your household thinks about it.
A bill that auto-marks paid every time you start a new month. Use it for fixed direct debits — rent, loan repayments, subscriptions — that go out without any action from you.
Every bill is assigned to the bank account it comes out of. This gives you a clear picture of how much each account needs to cover each month — so there are no surprises when a direct debit hits. If you keep separate accounts for different purposes (for example, one for fixed bills and one for everyday spending), Casa Flow maps directly to that. Account names, colors, and icons can all be customised in Settings to match your real accounts.
Bills are individual expenses — rent, electricity, a streaming subscription. Categories group related bills together so you can see your total committed spend by area (Utilities & Rent, Car Expenses, etc.). The Tracker tab shows your real spending against the budget set by each category's bills. You can create as many categories as you need and assign any bill to the right one.
You choose what to track. Fixed bills that leave your account automatically — mortgage, loan repayments, standing orders — generally don't need active tracking because they happen without any action from you. Day-to-day variable spending is where tracking adds the most value: categories like Food, Fuel, and Personal let you log each purchase and see what's left in that budget for the rest of the month. A good rule of thumb: if you actively spend from it, track it.
Tap the month name at the top of the Budget tab and choose New Month. Copy all bills, start fresh with just income, or hand-pick which bills to carry over.
Swipe a bill row to the right to reveal the Paid action. You can also tap the bill to open it and change its status directly from the edit sheet.
Yes — tap the History tab to see all past months. Tap any month to load it. Your current month is unaffected.
Go to Settings → iCloud Sync → Share My Budget. A QR code appears — your partner scans it with their iPhone. Once accepted, both devices see changes in real time.
Check that iCloud is enabled in Settings and you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices. Background App Refresh must be on for Casa Flow. Closing and reopening the app usually clears temporary delays.
Go to Settings → Security → Require Face ID and toggle it on. The app locks when you leave it and prompts Face ID when you return. A passcode fallback is always available.
Go to Settings → Reset Casa Flow. This permanently removes all data from your device and iCloud. This action cannot be undone.
